Without the help of Dave and Nikolai at B&T it is unlikely that we would have been able to become homeowners in the Tahoe Truckee region. We found a house on a great street that needed an incredible amount of work - most of it well beyond the scope of what we would have been able to do ourselves. We met with Dave and Nikolai and explained what we needed and what our budget was, and we were off. The house in question was THE house in the neighborhood that had fallen into disrepair. As B&T worked to transform this space, every single neighbor stopped by to remark at how impressed they were at the work being done. This house has been completely transformed. It is a welcoming space that we truly enjoy living in. We are tremendously grateful to B&T for the work they have done on our house. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

I cannot speak highly enough or say everything that needs to be said about Nikolai and Dave but here goes! I have known Nikolai and Dave for a few years and instantly felt like I have known them forever. We had a great experience with B& T Construction. Nikolai and Dave we're very helpful and patient in the planning and permitting process with both the City and our HOA. They communicated very well through the whole project and came in right on budget. Great to work with and would certainly use again.

We were so pleased with the work done by B&T. At one of our initial project planning meetings we were initially impressed by the extra thought they added to our project. They suggested a few things we hadn't thought of that made perfect sense and overall took our project to the next level. It's not easy living through construction but we loved having their crew in our home. They were friendly, hardworking and very detailed in their work. We love our finished remodel!

Nikoli did a fabulous job on a window and siding replacement on my mountain home. He's honest, pleasant, and runs a clean jobsite with meticulous attention to detail and craftmanship. I very much appreciated that he kept an eye out for other things that needed addressing, such as a gap in my roof that had been causing leaks, and took care of them though not in the original scope of the contract. The biggest challenge is getting him back to do another project as his business is booming!
